- Equipment Drop Off and Set Up: 2-hour window the day before the event
- Equipment Pick Up and Clean Up: 2-hour window the day after the event
Policies and Important Information
Alcohol – If you plan to serve hard alcohol, a TIPS-certified bartender is required. Your caterer or alcohol provider can help arrange this.
Catering – To make your event hassle-free, we recommend using a full-service caterer.
Insurance - Event liability insurance is required.
Water Waiver - If you’d like to use the pond, we’ll need you to sign our water waiver for safety purposes.
Restrooms – Additional restrooms may be necessary.
Parking – We have on-site parking for up to 30 vehicles.
Electricity - A 20 Amp dedicated circuit is available for lighting and sound only. Electric heating elements are not permitted—please use propane heaters instead.
