Yes! Your $500 deposit will be applied to your event package balance.

The Saturday Package rental is typically 10am to 10pm, however, we are flexible.

If you would like early drop-off on Friday or late pick-up on Sun or Mon, arrangements can be made.

This package does not include overnight use unless permission and other arrangements have been offered.

The Weekend Package rental includes Fri & Sat 10am-10pm and Sun 9am-2pm.

If you would like early drop-off on Friday or late pick-up on Sun or Mon, there is an additional $300 fee.

If you need other arrangements, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate.

Not at this time. Your rental includes the use of the venue only. We do have a picnic table and some beverage buckets you're welcome to use. Ask about our recommended vendors.

Guests have minimal access to the house. The kitchen is open for food preparation only. No cooking or food storage, but the area and sink can be used for prepping.

There is a small room and small bath the bride and groom can use for getting ready.

Portable restrooms need to be rented.

There will always be someone here for events, but they are not available for setup or breakdown of the event.

There is no lifeguard on duty, so water recreation by you and your guests is your responsibility.

We provide access to a 20 Amp electrical outlet for lighting and sound, but if you plan to use equipment with high electricity requirements (DJs, bands, etc.), arrangements will need to be made for generators, etc.

IMPORTANT:  No electrical heating element use is allowed (all heating equipment must use propane fuel).

The house has internet, but it is unreliable and has low bandwidth capacity. If you need internet (for streaming, etc.), you will need to bring your own equipment, such as Starlink, hotspots, and extenders.

No. All trash must be hauled out after your event. Typically, your caterer and/ or event coordinator will understand and handle this.

While this area is known for great weather and sunny days, it can also be unpredictable. Short afternoon showers are common at certain times of the year. You should plan accordingly and discuss it with your wedding coordinator. There are no refunds or discounts for inclement weather.

You have access to our 10-acre farm, including the pond. Water sports, including fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and swimming, are favorites. There is no lifeguard on duty or on-site. You are responsible for your own equipment, including PFDs (life jackets, etc.). You are responsible and liable for yourself and your guests.

Typically your rental is for 10am to 10pm on the day(s) of your reservation. We'd be happy to discuss your overnight camping needs when we speak.

Because of our incredible location, we are surrounded by limitless possibilities. Hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rock climbing, mountaineering, paddle boarding, skiing, shopping, geocaching, hot air balloon rides, etc.
